Netpak Phils., Inc. is equipped with three lines of machines (for 18mm, 20mm & 22mm size) to manufacture and supply superior aluminum Roll-On Pilfer Proof caps. Our daily output can reach up to almost 200 million pieces of caps per annum.
Netpak Phils., Inc. can provide samples for initial inspection and for actual functionality and stability tests. With our focused Quality team, we can provide the necessary documents and other support needed during this extremely crucial process.
A wide array of options for decorations are available, such as hotstamp, frost, color coat and silk screen. Pantone matching (to assure right color for product) is also possible just by providing the pantone number or code to our team.
If you desire design exclusivity, we can provide customized moulds for bottles and caps. We will assist you from the design stage, to the development stage of the mould, to the actual production of the mould, and up to the mass production of your packaging product.
